The use of this website and these conditions is in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any legal action arising out of its use shall be brought and enforced under Australia laws. By using this site, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia and any legal action pursued by you shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
We deliver to the Perth Metro Area. Delivery takes place between 8am to 5pm on the day selected. We are unable to specify an exact time for delivery. The delivery fee is payable in addition to the cost of your order and will be populated at check-out.
Rest of Australia (NSW, VIC, QLD etc), you will be asked to select a Shipping Date at checkout your Yummy Box will arrive 1-4 Business days from the selected "Shipping Date" at checkout.
Yummy Box Au (yummybox.com.au) recommends you use a business address if there is a chance the recipient is not likely to be home. Yummy Box Au (yummybox.com.au) requests that the recipient be available to receive the delivery on the day of delivery or an esky to be left outside.
Due to the sheer volume of deliveries, yummybox.com.au and it's agents are not always in a position to contact gift-recipients and/or other parties by phone if/when the requested delivery location is unattended and/or to obtain further delivery instructions. It is important the customer provides clear and accurate delivery instructions when placing their order.
Yummybox.com.au retains records for proof of delivery, and remains exempt from any liability or responsibility for loss or damage arising as a result of parcels being left safely and securely at unattended premises and/or due to an incident arising from 'returned, melted, infested or undelivered' products.
Should the delivery address supplied by the customer be incorrect or insufficient details provided, yummybox.com.au cannot accept any responsibility for any loss experienced. It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of order.
When supplied with an incorrect address, the box will be re-directed to yummybox.com.au and disposed of as products no longer remain fresh. It is a commitment by yummybox.com.au that all products be delivered at the highest quality and a decision will be made to dispose of re-directed products, once returned, at the discretion of yummybox.com.au.
Re-delivery on the same day will not always be guaranteed. In the case of a wrong or non-complete delivery address, It is the customer’s responsibility to decide on whether they would like to purchase another box and have it delivered to the correct address on a different day.
Whilst every effort is made to adhere to the above delivery schedule, we use internal couriers for all our deliveries, and occasionally situations arise which are out of our control resulting in slight delays in the above time frames. We cannot accept responsibility for these unfortunate events, but assure you that every effort is made to ensure your goods arrive on time.
Orders can be cancelled up to 5 working days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Orders that are already prepared, dispatched or in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Cancellation of order incurs a $15.00 administrative fee. Money will be refunded less this fee.
If cancellation notice is received at less than 5 working days - cancellation is void.
A cancellation notice must be placed in email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Orders cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery. In the event that the customer needs the box re-delivered on the day of the delivery, a $15 administration fee will be charged or the option of a free pick up will be made available.
We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. Store credit may be issued.

Any alcohol featured in our Yummy Box is designed to be delivered as a genuine gift to a person and does not exceed two litres. The gift is packaged and presented in such a manner that it is taken to be a gift. The gift can only be delivered to another adult who is not the purchaser. For all gifts with alcohol included, please ensure that the recipient is aged over 18 years and is available to receive the delivery. ID will be required on Delivery.
