Returns or Changes
We are unable to accept any return and/or changes once an order has been picked up or delivered/shipped from us or AusPost. All orders are final and non-refundable unless cancelled within accepted period.
Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
Orders can be cancelled up to 5 working days prior to the scheduled delivery/shipping date. Orders that are already prepared, dispatched or in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Cancellation of order incurs a $20.00 administrative fee. Money will be refunded less this fee.
If cancellation notice is received at less than 5 working days - cancellation is void.

Orders cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery. In the event that the customer needs the box re-delivered on the day of the delivery, a $20 administration fee will be charged or the option of a free pick up will be made available.
We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. Store credit may be issued.
